The Factory Floor is a space that can carry up to 450 guests. There are two distinctive areas that can be divided but compliment each other with a social area that includes two fixed stand-up tables and the large theatre style room, which would serve ideally any kind of events.
The Atrium
The top floor is an open space that is flooded with natural daylight. Still with its original fixtures, the space has a capacity for 120 guests. A bar has been built and sits in the corner of the room, besides a goods lift for transporting any large furniture and equipment. With the daylight lending itself for the majority of the day, minimal light is required however as the evening sets in, the room can be easily lit with floor lights, festoon and fairy lighting to offer a warming glow for the room.
The Crawfords meeting room is a space that can comfortably fits up to 12 people boardroom style, or more depending on your layout. This is an ideal space for meeting equipped with a large wall mounted screen to share presentations or team-based work, and offers a variety of flexible furniture arrangements, including a board-room set-up or break-out team seating. The room, and is available for full day (9am-5pm) or on hourly basis.
